Zhejiang TITAN Design& Engineering CO., Ltd used to be Zhejiang Petrochemical Engineering Design Institute, was founded in 1958. In 2002.
Zhejiang Tianzheng Design Engineering Co., Ltd. ("Tianzheng Design") traces its origins to the Zhejiang Provincial Petrochemical Design Institute, founded in 1958. Following a comprehensive restructuring in 2002, the company has evolved into a technology-driven enterprise specializing in three core business areas: engineering design and consulting, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), and engineering supervision.
With a workforce of over 600 employees, more than 95% of whom are professional and technical personnel, Tianzheng Design boasts two National Master Designers in Petroleum and Chemical Engineering and two Master Designers in Pharmaceutical Engineering. Its talent pool includes over 230 senior and professor-level senior engineers, and nearly 200 certified engineers across various national disciplines. The company operates more than 20 specialized departments, covering process engineering, piping, equipment, civil engineering, instrumentation and electrical engineering, digital intelligence, utilities, project management, procurement, cost estimation, and construction management.
Tianzheng Design holds a comprehensive portfolio of qualifications, including Class A design licenses for the chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries; light textile industry (food, fermentation and tobacco engineering); and construction industry (architectural engineering). It also holds Class B design licenses for commerce, grain and oil, municipal engineering (drainage, urban gas, heating, and environmental sanitation), environmental engineering (water pollution prevention), and chemical fiber engineering. In addition, the company possesses Class A engineering consulting credentials for chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical projects, Class B credentials for construction consulting, and design qualifications for A1/A2/A3 pressure vessels and GA2/GB/GC/GCD pressure pipelines. Its business spans the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, storage and transportation, logistics, light industry, gas, environmental engineering, and industrial and civil construction sectors, with projects across all 31 provinces and municipalities in China and in 18 countries including the United States, Germany, France, and Japan.
